Cyber Essentials Plus
We are currently undertaking the Cyber Essentials Plus certification process.
Hypergility is in the process of achieving Cyber Essentials Plus, the enhanced level of the UK Government-backed Cyber Essentials scheme. Unlike the self-assessed baseline, Cyber Essentials Plus requires independent, hands-on technical verification of our cyber security controls by a qualified assessor.
Where we are in the process
We already hold Cyber Essentials certification and operate under ISO 27001 information security controls. The Cyber Essentials Plus assessment — which adds external vulnerability scans, simulated attacks and on-device technical audits across our estate — is actively underway with our certifying body. We expect to publish the completed certificate here once the audit concludes.
What Cyber Essentials Plus adds
Cyber Essentials Plus builds on the same five technical controls as Cyber Essentials — firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection and patch management — but layers in independent technical verification rather than self-assessment. It is the standard increasingly required by enterprise and public-sector buyers.
What this means for our customers today
While the Plus audit is in progress, our customers are protected by our existing Cyber Essentials certification, ISO 27001 certified information security management system, and ISO 42001 AI management system. Procurement teams who need evidence of our in-flight Cyber Essentials Plus assessment can request a status letter at hello@hypergility.com.
Looking ahead
Cyber security is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time achievement. Once Cyber Essentials Plus is in place we will continue to invest in our security infrastructure, train our team and adapt to emerging threats — and we will update this page as soon as certification is granted.
